Built in 1925 on the original Block A of Seminole Park, this is a home and setting that can’t be recreated. Continue north along McGregor and you’re minutes from the historic Downtown River District, with its riverfront, restaurants, bars, boutiques, galleries, theaters and year-round events. Head the other direction and McGregor leads toward the islands and Gulf beaches, putting Fort Myers Beach within easy reach.
